Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Freelancing and Job Roles

Freelance Services

As part of our offerings, we provide freelance services across various domains, including but not limited to web development, design, content creation, and digital marketing. By engaging with our freelance services, you agree to the following terms:

• Scope of Services: Freelance services will be provided based on the specifications agreed upon between you (the client) and Krish Satasiya. The scope of the project, timelines, and payment terms will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement or contract before any work commences.
• Payment: Freelance services are paid based on the project or hourly rates agreed upon. All payments must be made according to the terms defined in the contract or invoice issued. We accept payments via specified methods. Failure to pay on time may result in a suspension of services until full payment is received.
• Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and access to resources that may be required for the completion of the freelance project. Delays in providing such resources may affect timelines and delivery.
• Deliverables and Timelines: We aim to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly. Any additional work requested outside the scope of the original agreement may be subject to additional charges and may affect the project timeline.
• Revisions and Modifications: The number of revisions or changes allowed to the project will be specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or modifications beyond the scope of the contract may incur additional charges.
• Confidentiality: We prioritize confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Job Roles

Krish Satasiya may also engage in job roles that involve contract-based or permanent employment positions, either directly or through third-party service providers. These positions may include roles in web development, UI/UX design, marketing, and project management. In the case of such job roles, the following applies:

• Job Description and Expectations: The specific responsibilities, duties, and expectations for each job role will be clearly defined in the individual contract or offer letter. As an employee or freelancer, you agree to perform your job functions to the best of your ability while adhering to the agreed-upon terms.
• Performance and Evaluation: Performance may be evaluated periodically based on key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and the quality of work delivered. You will be expected to meet the standards as defined in the job contract.
• Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure: Employees or freelancers may be required to sign non-compete or non-disclosure agreements depending on the nature of the job. These agreements are designed to protect the intellectual property and business interests of Krish Satasiya.
• Termination of Job Role: Either party may terminate the employment or freelance contract in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement. Any notice period or severance requirements will be specified and followed as per the terms of the contract.

Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
